Tasks
* Monitoring all Network devices and servers during shift.
* respond to requests for technical assistance via phone, electronically to customers
* Analyze problems, perform troubleshooting, communicate with customers, Carriers, inter department and track problems through resolution.
* redirect problems to appropriate teams through email & ticketing system
* identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
* track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
* prepare activity reports
* stay current with system information, changes and updates
* Working 24x7 shifts
Education and Experience
* Bachelors degree
* Minimum of 3 years experience in NOC operations
* working knowledge of fundamental operations of Solaris / Linux / Unix and oracle SQL
* knowledge of Ticketing applications
* knowledge of customer service practices and experience in handling international clients
